Sanofi, Regeneron lose bid to overturn Amgen

Sanofi (NYSE:SNY) and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:REGN) lose their bid to overturn a court verdict upholding two Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) patents covering cholesterol drug Repatha (evolocumab).
